Webmail
Webmail is a simple and secure way to access your email from any web browser, without the need to install additional applications. All you need is an Internet connection and your login information.
Instructions to Access Webmail:
1.Type our Webmail URL in the address bar: mail.nubacloud.net
2. Enter your full email address and the associated password.
3. Click “Sign in” and you will be directed to your inbox.
Password Change and Recovery:
To change your password, log in to webmail and follow these steps:
•Go to Configuración > Contraseña.
•Follow the instructions to set a new password.
If you have forgotten your password, please contact us and we will recover it for you. Our support team is here to help you access your account as soon as possible.
Settings in Mail Apps
Before setting up your email in an app, make sure you have the following information handy:
•Inbound server (IMAP/POP3): pixel.mxrouting.net
•IMAP port: 993 (SSL)
•POP3 port: 995 (SSL)
•Outgoing server (SMTP): pixel.mxrouting.net
•SMTP port: 465 (SSL)
•Username: Your full email address.
•Password: Your email password.
Settings in Apple Mail
1.Open Settings> Mail > Account > Add account.
2. Choose “Other” and “Add email account”.
3. Enter your name, email address and password, then click “Next.”
4. Choose IMAP and provide the following information for both incoming and outgoing mail servers:
- Hostname: pixel.mxrouting.net
- Username: Your full email address.
- Password: Your password.
5. Click “Next” to complete the setup.
Settings in Gmail
Open the Gmail app and select “Add account” or “Sign in.”
2. Choose “Other” and enter your email address.
3. Enter the incoming server information:
- Username: Your email address
- Password: Your password.
- IMAP Server: pixel.mxrouting.net
- Port: 993
4.Enter the outgoing server information:
- Username: Your email address
- Password: Your password.
- SMTP Server: pixel.mxrouting.net
- Port: 465
5.Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
Other Mail Clients
Each email client may have slight variations in configuration. However, the IMAP and SMTP server information will be the same. Follow the general instructions provided and adapt as needed.
